		VICTIM FULL BODY HARNESS Locking Waist Snap with quick-connect leg buckles A special version of the Heavy Rescue Harness. Double Locking waist snap 2-piece interlocking buckles on the legs and chest allow the harness to be placed on the victim without requiring the person to step through leg loops. Also popular as a rescuer's harness because the shoulder section can be donned like a vest prior to use and then the legs are buckled when ready to use.
